Cold and creamy, with the marriage of bright, jammy strawberry, sweet vanilla, and rich, fudgy chocolate, Neapolitan ice cream has been an American favorite for a long time. We figured: why not create a dessert stout that captures all of those flavors in every sip? A big-bodied milk stout gave us the creamy sweetness perfect for scooping onto roasted cacao nibs, Tahitian vanilla beans, and whole, ripe strawberries. Unless you are one of those household terrors who carefully chips your chosen block out of the carton, you’re going to love this treat. And even if you are, give it a try.
