Friday, 9/20: Fresh Hop Strata IPA Release

It's hop harvest time in the Pacific Northwest! This gives us the opportunity to brew with the freshly picked, unkilned "wet" form of the hops. Straight from the bine to our kettles within 48 hours of harvest, these Strata hops will impart passionfruit, strawberry, & resinous aromas & flavors to the beer. Brewed fresh to be enjoyed fresh- grab a pint in the taproom beginning this Friday!
