Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout w/Cinnamon and Vanilla

14.4% ABVBig, bold, and hearty- like a heaping pile of flapjacks prepared by Paul Bunyan- this is a beer that drinks like a meal. We let this Imperial Stout rest for a while in bourbon barrels to impart flavors of caramel, vanilla, and boozy heat, then transferred it into maple barrels until it tasted like we'd drenched it in that golden syrupy goodness. A dash of cinnamon and vanilla bring a cozy warmth, like your favorite flannel shirt on a crisp morning. So what are you waiting for?
